目的:观察参附( SF)注射液对重症急性胰腺炎( SAP)肾损伤的影响。方法将60只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、SAP 组和SF组,每组20只,SAP模型制作采用4%牛磺胆酸钠溶液逆行注射胰管内的方法,动态测定血浆BUN、Cr和TNF-α、IL-6、LPS、ATⅡ水平,观察胰腺和肾脏的病理学变化。结果制模后SAP组血浆BUN、Cr、TNF-α、IL-6、LPS、ATⅡ水平升高;SF组血浆BUN、Cr、TNF-α、IL-6、LPS、ATⅡ水平明显降低,胰腺和肾脏的病理改变明显减轻,肾功能明显改善,24 h后改变更为明显。结论细胞因子、内毒素和肾素-血管紧张素系统的激活参与了SAP肾损伤的发生发展过程;参附注射液能降低免疫炎性反应和内毒素,减轻胰腺炎和肾损伤。
目的:觀察參附( SF)註射液對重癥急性胰腺炎( SAP)腎損傷的影響。方法將60隻SD大鼠隨機分為假手術組、SAP 組和SF組,每組20隻,SAP模型製作採用4%牛磺膽痠鈉溶液逆行註射胰管內的方法,動態測定血漿BUN、Cr和TNF-α、IL-6、LPS、ATⅡ水平,觀察胰腺和腎髒的病理學變化。結果製模後SAP組血漿BUN、Cr、TNF-α、IL-6、LPS、ATⅡ水平升高;SF組血漿BUN、Cr、TNF-α、IL-6、LPS、ATⅡ水平明顯降低,胰腺和腎髒的病理改變明顯減輕,腎功能明顯改善,24 h後改變更為明顯。結論細胞因子、內毒素和腎素-血管緊張素繫統的激活參與瞭SAP腎損傷的髮生髮展過程;參附註射液能降低免疫炎性反應和內毒素,減輕胰腺炎和腎損傷。
목적:관찰삼부( SF)주사액대중증급성이선염( SAP)신손상적영향。방법장60지SD대서수궤분위가수술조、SAP 조화SF조,매조20지,SAP모형제작채용4%우광담산납용액역행주사이관내적방법,동태측정혈장BUN、Cr화TNF-α、IL-6、LPS、ATⅡ수평,관찰이선화신장적병이학변화。결과제모후SAP조혈장BUN、Cr、TNF-α、IL-6、LPS、ATⅡ수평승고;SF조혈장BUN、Cr、TNF-α、IL-6、LPS、ATⅡ수평명현강저,이선화신장적병리개변명현감경,신공능명현개선,24 h후개변경위명현。결론세포인자、내독소화신소-혈관긴장소계통적격활삼여료SAP신손상적발생발전과정;삼부주사액능강저면역염성반응화내독소,감경이선염화신손상。
Objective To expore the protective effects of Shenfu injection ( SF) on kidney injury in se-vere acute pancreatitis ( SAP) rats.Methods SD rats were divided randomly into sham operation group , SAP group and SF group .Severe acute pancreatitis rat model was developed in adult male rats by retrograde injec-tion of sodium taurocholate in biliopancreatiic duct .The plasma levels of BUN,Cr and TNF-a, IL-6 , LPS, ATⅡwere measured at different time points .Morphology of kidney and pancreas was observed .Rseu lts The plas-ma levels of BUN,Cr and TNF-a, IL-6 , LPS, ATⅡwere elevated significantly after SAP induction .Compared with SAP group , the plasma levels of TNF-a, IL-6 , LPS and ATⅡwere gradually decreased , the renal func-tion were improved, histological changes of pancreas and kidney were also relieved .The change was significant after 24h.Conclusion Cytokines,LPS , and activated rennin-angiotensin system might be involved in pathogen-esis of the kidney injury following SAP .Shenfu injection could modulate immune function , reduce inflammatory response , and alleviate pancreatitis and kidney injury .
