为研究不同能量水平饲粮对母貂生长性能、毛皮质量及血清脂类代谢相关指标的影响,试验选取60日龄88只体质量(0.76±0.03 kg)相近母貂,随机分成8组,分别饲喂代谢能为13.0,13.5,14.0,14.5,15.0,15.5,16.0,16.5 MJ/kg的试验饲粮。结果表明:(1)饲粮能量水平极显著影响母貂的体质量增长(P<0.01),当能量水平为13.0 MJ/kg时,母貂的末体质量显著低于其他各组(P<0.05);饲粮能量水平极显著影响母貂的干物质消化率、脂肪消化率、蛋白质消化率(P<0.01);(2)饲粮能量水平为14.0 MJ/kg时,母貂的毛皮质量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);(3)血清中的总胆固醇含量随着饲粮能量水平的升高而升高,血清高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白随饲粮水平的升高呈现先升高后降低的趋势。由此得出:水貂在饲喂全价干粉料饲粮时,育成期(7~9月)母貂的饲粮代谢能为16.0 MJ/kg(总能为19.0 MJ/kg)能够得到较好的生长效果;冬毛生长期(10~12月)母貂的饲粮代谢能为14.5 MJ/kg(总能为22.5 MJ/kg),母貂机体才能保持较好的状态,同时亦能得到较好的毛皮质量。

The current study was performed to investigate the effects of dietary energy levels on growth performance,fur quality and serum biochemical parameters .Eighty-eight 60 d-age female minks were randomly divided into 8 groups .The dietary energy levels were 1 3.0,1 3.5,1 4.0,1 4.5,1 5.0,1 5.5,1 6.0 and 1 6.5 MJ/kg,respectively .The results show that dietary energy levels extremely significantly influ-enced the body weight gain in female mink (P<0.01 ),while the end body weight was the lowest in mink fed with 1 3.0 MJ/kg dietary energy(P<0.05).Digestibility of dry matters,crude fat and crude protein was signicantly affected by the dietary energy(P<0.01 ).The optimum fur quality of mink fed with 1 4.0 MJ/kg dietary energy was better than the other group(P<0.05).Cholesterol concentration in serum gradually increased with the dietary energy enhanced,but the parameters of high density cholesterol and low density cholesterol had a peak at the 1 5.0 MJ/kg dietary energy,and then declined with dietary energy continuously increase .It could be summaried that the energy requirement of mink at growth period and pelting period was 1 6.0 MJ/kg metabolism energy (GE=1 9.0 MJ/kg),1 4.5 MJ/kg metabolism en-ergy (GE=22.5 MJ/kg)based on the datas of growth performance and fur quality,respectively .
