目的：分析山西省肿瘤医院静脉用药调配中心2011年7月~2013年6月不合理用药情况，促进临床合理用药。方法：提取2011年7月~2013年6月静脉用药调配中心接收的所有医嘱，按时间段分为第1组（2011年7月~2012年6月）和第2组（2012年7月~2013年6月），对两组的不合理医嘱进行统计、分析。结果：两组的不合理医嘱数分别为254份和189份，分别占医嘱总数的0.0101％和0.0068％。结论：药师对不合理医嘱的干预非常重要，可以促进临床合理用药。
목적：분석산서성종류의원정맥용약조배중심2011년7월~2013년6월불합리용약정황，촉진림상합리용약。방법：제취2011년7월~2013년6월정맥용약조배중심접수적소유의촉，안시간단분위제1조（2011년7월~2012년6월）화제2조（2012년7월~2013년6월），대량조적불합리의촉진행통계、분석。결과：량조적불합리의촉수분별위254빈화189빈，분별점의촉총수적0.0101％화0.0068％。결론：약사대불합리의촉적간예비상중요，가이촉진림상합리용약。
Objective:To analyze irrational medication orders in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service( PIV-AS)of Shanxi Tumor Hospital during 2 years and promote rational use of drugs in the clinical practice. Methods:The medical orders received by PIVAS from July 2011 to June 2013 were selected and the irrational medication orders were counted,analyzed and contrasted respectively,of which the situation was divided into two time segments from July. 2011 to June. 2012(the first group),from Jnly. 2012 to June. 2013(the second group). Results:The number of irra-tional medication orders of two years was 254 and 189 cases,respectively,accounting for 0. 0101% and 0. 0068% pro-portion of the total medical orders. Conclusions:It is essential to build the pharmacists'intervention for irrational medi-cation orders system,which plays a good role in promoting rational use of drugs in the clinics.
