本文系统地研究了混合汁亚硫酸法絮凝澄清过程中Zeta电位的变化规律。在考察氢氧化钙、亚硫酸、磷酸以及絮凝剂等因素对甘蔗混合汁 Zeta 电位影响的基础上,研究了亚硫酸法工艺中预灰、硫熏中和、絮凝等步骤中混合汁Zeta电位的变化规律。结果表明:甘蔗混合汁Zeta电位的绝对值均随着氢氧化钙、亚硫酸、磷酸以及絮凝剂加入量的增加而减小,当达到最小值后又开始出现增大的趋势;在亚硫酸法絮凝澄清过程中,混合汁 Zeta 电位的绝对值不断减小,其中,预灰过程中变化较小,硫熏中和过程中降低幅度较大,絮凝过程中缓慢减小到最小值;阳离子聚丙烯酰胺相对于阴离子聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂,Zeta电位绝对值降低程度更大,絮凝效果更好。本研究结果从Zeta电位的角度较好地揭示了亚硫酸法絮凝澄清过程的本质。
本文繫統地研究瞭混閤汁亞硫痠法絮凝澄清過程中Zeta電位的變化規律。在攷察氫氧化鈣、亞硫痠、燐痠以及絮凝劑等因素對甘蔗混閤汁 Zeta 電位影響的基礎上,研究瞭亞硫痠法工藝中預灰、硫熏中和、絮凝等步驟中混閤汁Zeta電位的變化規律。結果錶明:甘蔗混閤汁Zeta電位的絕對值均隨著氫氧化鈣、亞硫痠、燐痠以及絮凝劑加入量的增加而減小,噹達到最小值後又開始齣現增大的趨勢;在亞硫痠法絮凝澄清過程中,混閤汁 Zeta 電位的絕對值不斷減小,其中,預灰過程中變化較小,硫熏中和過程中降低幅度較大,絮凝過程中緩慢減小到最小值;暘離子聚丙烯酰胺相對于陰離子聚丙烯酰胺絮凝劑,Zeta電位絕對值降低程度更大,絮凝效果更好。本研究結果從Zeta電位的角度較好地揭示瞭亞硫痠法絮凝澄清過程的本質。

Taking cane mixed juice as the object, flocculation clarifying decoloring process of the sulfite method of cane mixed juice was simulated, and Zeta potential in the syrup flocculation process for cane mixed juice with sulfurous acid method was studied. The effects of the Zeta potential changes in the dosage of calcium hydroxide, sulfurous acid, phosphoric acid and flocculants, addition ash, sulphur fumigated neutralization, flocculation and different flocculating agent in the process of flocculation sedimentation were discussed. The result showed that, with the increase of the dosage of Calcium hydroxide, sulfurous acid, phosphoric acid and flocculants, the absolute value of Zeta potential of cane mixed juice were reduced; and when it reaches a minimum value, it began to appear a tendency of increase. In the flocculation clarifying decoloring process of the sulfite method, the absolute value of Zeta potential of cane mixed juice reduce continuously: small change in the addition ash process, rapid decrease in the sulphur fumigated neutralization process and reach to the minimum in the process of flocculant. Compared with that of anionic polyacrylamide flocculant, the reduction extent of the cationic polyacrylamide flocculant is even greater, and the flocculation is better. This study reveals preferably the nature of the sulfite flocculation clarifying process from the angle of the Zeta potential.
