Vernicia fordii( Hemsl.) clones%photosynthetic rate%light response
采用美国Licor公司生产的LI6400 XT便携式光合作用测定系统,对广西5个油桐无性系(武宣3号、桂皱27号、天雹水库、吴圩4号、武宣2号)的光合特性进行研究。结果表明:桂皱27号、天雹水库的光合速率日变化呈单峰型,无“午休”现象;武宣2号、武宣3号、吴圩4号净光合速率日变化曲线为双峰型,出现“午休”现象。其中,以桂皱27号日平均净光合速率最高,达到6.51μmol· m-2· s-1,物质积累能力最强;武宣3号的日平均净光合速率最小,仅为桂皱27号的31.9%,物质积累能力最弱。在模拟光辐射条件下,5个无性系最大净光合速率在17.53~36.25μmol· m-2· s-1之间,其中桂皱27号最高,武宣2号最低。各无性系中吴圩4号光补偿点最低,利用弱光的能力最强;天雹水库的光补偿点最高,利用弱光能力最弱。桂皱27号、天雹水库的光饱和点较高,利用强光的能力较强;武宣3号、吴圩4号、武宣2号光饱和点较低,利用强光的能力较弱。

채용미국Licor공사생산적LI6400 XT편휴식광합작용측정계통,대엄서5개유동무성계(무선3호、계추27호、천박수고、오우4호、무선2호)적광합특성진행연구。결과표명:계추27호、천박수고적광합속솔일변화정단봉형,무“오휴”현상;무선2호、무선3호、오우4호정광합속솔일변화곡선위쌍봉형,출현“오휴”현상。기중,이계추27호일평균정광합속솔최고,체도6.51μmol· m-2· s-1,물질적루능력최강;무선3호적일평균정광합속솔최소,부위계추27호적31.9%,물질적루능력최약。재모의광복사조건하,5개무성계최대정광합속솔재17.53~36.25μmol· m-2· s-1지간,기중계추27호최고,무선2호최저。각무성계중오우4호광보상점최저,이용약광적능력최강;천박수고적광보상점최고,이용약광능력최약。계추27호、천박수고적광포화점교고,이용강광적능력교강;무선3호、오우4호、무선2호광포화점교저,이용강광적능력교약。
In order to make better use of Vernicia fordii ( Hemsl.) resources, photosynthetic characteristics of five Vernicia fordii (Hemsl.) clones planted in Nanning ,which are Wuxuan-3,Guizhou-27,Tianbaoshuiku,Wuxu-4 and Wuxuan-2,were measured u-sing Li-6400 XT portable photosynthesis system in August.The results indicate: ( 1 ) The daily photosynthetic rate change of the Guizhou-27 and Tianbaoshuiku present as single summit type without ″noon break″phenomenon,however,that of Wuxuan-2,Wuxu-an-3 and Wuxu-4 present as double summit type accompanied with ″noon break″phenomenon.(2)Among the tested clones,photo-synthetic efficiency of Guizhou-27 is the highest,and the average daily net photosynthetic rate reach 6.51 μmol· m-2 · s-1 with the strongest material accumulating ability ,while Wuxuan-3 is the weekest,only account for 31.9%of Guizhou-27,therefore,the materi-al accumulating ability of Wuxuan-3 is the lowest.(3) The order based on daily average net photosynthetic rate from high to low is Guizhou-27,Tianbaoshuiku,Wuxu-4,Wuxuan-2,and Wuxuan-3,respectively.The light response curve of each clone was measured under the conditions of simulated photosynthetic radiation , the maximum net photosynthetic efficiency of the five Vernicia fordii (Hemsl.) clones ranges between 17.53 and 36.25 μmol· m-2· s-1,that of Guizhou-27 is the highest,and that of Wuxuan-2 is the lowest.The light compensation point of Wuxu-4 is the lowest with the strongest capacity to utilize low light among each clone ,while the light compensation point of Tianbaoshuiku is the highest with the weakest capacity to utlize low light .The light saturation point of Guizhou-27 and Tianbaoshuiku is higher ,with the stronger capacity to utilize strong light;while the light saturation point of Wuxuan-3 Wuxu-4 and Wuxuan-2 is lower ,with the weaker capacity to utilize strong light .
