为实现抢险救灾的快速应急和高度机械化及智能化,急需研制一种新型抢险救灾应急遥控索道,其主要设备是轻型遥控跑车。详细分析遥控跑车的各个组成零件和工作原理,完成了行走机构、起升机构、握索机构及减速机构的三维实体建模与实体零件装配。对主要机构进行仿真来检验其可行性,并对遥控跑车进行虚拟样机设计及其关键部件进行了优化设计。

In order to realize the rapid response and high mechanization and intelligentization to emergency rescue and disaster relief , it′s necessary to develop a new type of remote-controlled cable for it ,the main equipment is light remote-controlled carriage.By ana-lyzing every part of remote-controlled carriage and working principle in detail ,complete the 3D modeling and solid part assembly of walking mechanism,hoisting mechanism,grip rope mechanism and reduction mechanism.At last,checking the main mechanism feasi-bility by stimulation.Meanwhile making a virtual prototype design of the remote-controlled carriage and optimize the design of the key parts.
