Fokienia hodginsii Henry et Thomas%plus tree progeny%genetic variation%superior family
采用平衡格子( BIB)设计,采集福建省和湖南省的129株福建柏优树的球果在福建省永安国有林场开展福建柏优树子代测定试验,结果表明:试验林5年生、8年生、11年生时各生长性状表型变异系数较大,其中以单株材积的表型变异系数最大;平均树高、平均胸径、单株材积在区组间、家系间、区组和家系交互作用间差异均达极显著水平。以11年生时单株材积生长作为选择依据,按照10%的家系入选率,从81个家系选出的J007、J012等8个速生优良家系,11年生时树高、胸径、单株材积平均值分别为7.92 m、13.86 cm、0.057844 m3,比群体平均值大5.74%、13.42%、27.45%,平均遗传增益为4.57%、10.14%、20.50%;从48个家系选出的J010、B003等5个速生优良家系,11年生时树高、胸径、单株材积平均值分别为7.63 m、13.03 cm、0.050312 m3,比群体平均值大3.81%、9.77%、18.87%,平均遗传增益为2.19%、5.07%、7.41%。这些优良家系可作为良种材料在生产上推广应用。

Using BIB design,129 Fokienia hodginsii plus trees which were from Fujian and Hunan were collected ,the progeny test was carried out on the State-owned Forest Farm of Yong′an.The result showed that there were significant differences among tree height,DBH and volume at the age of 5,8 and 11.The growth traits phenotypic variation coefficient was larger ,with the volume of the phenotypic variation coefficient of maximum; the average tree height , DBH, average individual volume in the same area between groups,family,and the difference between group and family interaction had reached extremely significant level .Based on genetic vari-ation analysis,nine superior families such as J007,J012 etc.were selected from 81 families.Average tree height,DBH and volume of the nine superior families of the 11-year-old one were 7.92 m,13.86 cm and 0.057844 m3 ,those were larger 5.74%、13.42%and 27.45%than population means , respectively.Average genetic gain of tree height , DBH and volume were 4.57%、10.14% and 20.50%,respectively.Other four superior families such as J 010、B003 etc.were selected from forty-eight families.Average tree height,DBH and volume of the other four superior families in the 11-year-old were 7.63 m、13.03 cm and 0.050312 m3 ,those were 3.81%,9.77%and 18.87%larger than population mean value ,respectively.Average genetic gain of tree height ,DBH and volume were 2.19%、5.07%and 7.41%,respectively.All of these superior families could be used as propagating materials in production.
