利用1960-2010年NCEP风场再分析资料，通过引入风区面积指数和纬向变化指数，运用Morlet小波分析研究其时频变化特征，从而描述风区范围的气候变化。采用滑动相关分析，探讨风区范围变化与ENSO事件Ni?o指数关系的相关性。研究表明，北太平洋风场范围在高纬度逐渐增大，且有向低纬度漂移趋势，低纬度反之；风区范围存在不同的年际和年代际的变化周期；风区范围与Ni?o指数存在一定的相关性，相关系数在跃变点产生突变。

Through the introduction of wind area index and zonal change index indicators , the 1960-2010 NCEP wind reanalysis data were used to describe the annual variation of wind field through Morlet wavelet analysis , so as to analyze the climate change of wind zone .The correlation between the wind field change index and ENSO Ni?o index was discussed by using sliding correlation analysis method .Results show that the wind zone in North Pacific high latitudes extends gradualy and has the trend to low latitude , and vice versa in low latitudes.The wind zone has different interannual and in-terdecadal period , and it has certain correlation with Ni?o in-dex, and the correlation coefficient has abrupt change .
