Procambarus clarkiia adult%dichlorovos%stress%immune factors
采用常规生物急性毒性试验法,探讨了敌敌畏对克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)成虾的急性毒性,并进一步研究了不同质量浓度(0、0.385、0.496、0.638 mg/L)敌敌畏胁迫条件下,对克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)肝胰腺T-SOD、CAT、ACP、AKP及肌肉Na+K+-ATPase、TChE 活性的影响.试验结果表明,正常溶氧条件下,敌敌畏对克氏原螯虾成虾的24、48、72和96 h LC50分别为1.79、1.44、1.25和0.98 mg/L,安全质量浓度(SC)为0.28 mg/L;在敌敌畏胁迫下,4 d后受试克氏原螯虾肝胰腺T-SOD和CAT都明显的被抑制下降;随着敌敌畏浓度的升高,肝胰腺组织ACP活性升高,而AKP活性表现为先抑制后诱导,肌肉TCHE和Na+K+-ATPase活性均受抑制.

Acute Toxicity of dichlorovos to Procambarus clarkiia dult was studied using the method of usual biological acute toxic test.The crayfish was exposed in 0,0.385,0.496 and 0.638 mg/L of dichlorovos solution after 4 days,respectively.Four nonspecific immune factors (T-SOD、CAT、ACP and AKP)in hepatopancreas and two (Na+K+ -ATPases and TChE ) in muscle were detected.The results indicated that the half lethal concentrations of 24,48,72,96 h of dichlorovos on Procambarus clarkiia adult were respectively 1 .79,1 .44,1 .25 and 0.98 mg/L,and the safe concentrations of nitrite nitrogen was 0.28 mg/L at normal oxygen level.The activity of T-SOD and CAT in hepatopancreas under the stress of dichlorovos nitrogen were significantly lower(P$0.05) compared with control group,and the effects of dichlorovos on Na+K+-ATPases and TChE in muscle had the same varying trend as T-SOD and CAT in hepatopancreas.The levels of ACP activities in hepatopancreas were induced significantly after 4 days with the concentration increasing,but AKP activities first declined,then increased.
