通过三步反应合成了阳离子有机硅表面活性剂聚(甲基(γ-(2-羟基-3-N,N-二甲基-N-苄基氯化铵))-丙基)硅氧烷(QAMPS),聚(甲基氢)硅氧烷(PMHS)与烯丙基缩水甘油醚(AGE)的硅氢化反应,与二乙胺的加成反应和与苄氯的季铵化反应。通过1 H NMR、IR对其化学结构进行了表征,结果表明QAMPS的每个重复单元均含一个季铵阳离子。通过DSC和表面张力仪QAMPS的性质进行了研究,结果表明QAMPS具有较低的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)和临界胶束浓度(CMC)。

Cationic polysiloxane surfactant of Poly(methyl(γ-(2 -hydroxyl -3 -N,N -dimethyl -N -benzyl ammonium chloride))-propyl)siloxane (QAMPS)was synthesized by three steps,hydrosilylation of poly (methyl hydro )siloxane (PMHS ) with allyl glycidyl ether (AGE ),addition reaction with diethylamine and quaternization with benzyl chloride.The chemical structures of QAMPS were confirmed by 1 H NMR and IR.The results showed that there was a quaternary ammonium cation at per repeat unit.The properties of QAMPS were studied by DSC and surface tensiometer,and the results showed that QAMPS has lower glass transition temperature (Tg)and critical micelle concentration (CMC).
