以虚拟仿真技术为重要内容的高校实验室已成为理论教育与实践教学结合、实践教育与创新教育结合、实践教育与全面育人结合的重要教学与科研平台。本文基于应用研究和案例分析，梳理出虚拟仿真实验室在方案设计、过程控制、技术定位、资源整合方面具体建议，以进一步推动创新人才培养。

The university laboratory based on virtual simulation technology has become a significant platform of teaching and science research,by which we achieve the combinations of theory education and practice teaching, practice education and innovation education,practice education and comprehensive education.This paper,based on the analysis of application research and case,teases out the specific proposals about scheme design,process control,technical orientation and resources integration of virtual simulation laboratory so that we succeed in further promoting the cultivation of creative talents.
