建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定铜冰铜中砷、锑、铋、铅、锌、镍、钙元素含量的分析方法,确定了分析谱线以及仪器的测定参数,7个元素的原子发射光谱强度在0-10μg·mL-1范围内呈良好的线性,方法检测下限在0.005-0.05μg· mL-1之间,能够满足测定冰铜中较低含量的杂质元素要求.对7个待测元素分别进行加标回收试验,回收率在94.4%-105.8%之间,相对标准偏差在1.52%-4.81%之间,该方法简单快速,精密度好,准确度可靠.

An analytical method is established to determine the content of As,Sb,Bi,Pb,Zn,Ni and Ca in copper matte by Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry (ICP-OES),as well as the analytical spectral lines and the parameters of apparatus is determined.The experimental results show that it appears a good linear relationship between the content and the spectral intensity of the above -mentioned seven elements in the range from 0 to 1 0ug/ml,and the lower detection limits are among 0.005 to 0.05 μg/mL.Therefore,this method can satisfy the demand of determining the lower content of impurity elements in copper matte.The recovery experiments of the aforesaid seven elements are carried out respectively,from which the satisfactory data obtain that the recoveries ranged from 94.4% to 1 05 .8% and the relative standard deviations is in the scope of 1 .52% to 4.81%.Consequently,this method is simple,fast,accurate and reliable.
