在1-on-1和N-on-1实验对比基础上提出并验证了多层介质膜光栅的激光预处理效应.实验表明激光处理后多层介质膜光栅阈值能提高到处理前的1.5-2倍,激光预处理能够有效减少多层介质膜光栅表面光栅结构区的杂质污染和微结构缺陷,同时不损伤顶层光栅结构.
在1-on-1和N-on-1實驗對比基礎上提齣併驗證瞭多層介質膜光柵的激光預處理效應.實驗錶明激光處理後多層介質膜光柵閾值能提高到處理前的1.5-2倍,激光預處理能夠有效減少多層介質膜光柵錶麵光柵結構區的雜質汙染和微結構缺陷,同時不損傷頂層光柵結構.

The laser conditioning effect is proposed and confirmed based on the comparison of the 1 -on-1 and N-on-1 test.Experiments show that the laser induced damage threshold of the multilayer dielectric gratings is increased up to 1 .5 -2 times of the value without laser-conditioning.Significantly,laser-conditioning can reduce the impurities and microstructure defects in top grating structure without destorying the fine structure.
