为了提高山地城市交通系统抗震水平,针对山地城市交通网络的特性,探讨地震灾害下山地城市交通系统的各影响因素组成,建立了系统中各影响因素间的接口关系;运用系统工程中系统结构分析方法,计算震害条件下山地城市道路交通系统结构的布尔矩阵,进而揭示系统中各要素间的相互影响状态及各要素的结构层次关系,构建地震灾害下山地城市交通系统结构模型。通过采用DEM A-T EL 方法,分析各影响因素相互之间关联强弱,确立了各因素的综合影响程度(影响度,原因度)及其在系统体系中的地位和作用(中心度),为提升山地城市交通系统抗震能力提供了理论依据。

In order to improve the earthquake resistant level of mountain city traffic system ,con-sidering the mountainous features of the mountain city traffic network ,various factors of the mountain urban road traffic system when earthquake happened were analyzed .System structure analysis method was used to calculate the Boolean matrix and explore the interaction between the various influencing factors of mountain urban road traffic system .The model of mountain urban road traffic system was established when earthquake happened .The strong or weak level of link between the various influencing factors is expressed through operation .The DEMATEL method was also used to analyze the degree of impact strength between various factors and establish the extent of the combined effects of various factors (effect degree or cause degree) and its position and effect in evaluation target system (centre degree) .A theoretical basis was provided to en-hance the seismic capacity of mountain city transportation system .
