药用植物内生真菌代谢产物是一类尚未完全开发的天然化合物资源，从药用植物内生真菌中寻找新的生物活性成分已成为研究热点。因此，利用内生真菌发酵实现生物活性物质的工业化生产，不但有利于珍稀濒危药用植物资源的保护，而且对减少野生药用植物多样性的破坏具有重要意义。简要综述了近10年来药用植物内生真菌代谢产物的抗肿瘤、抗菌及免疫抑制等活性的最新研究进展。

Medicinal plant endophytic fungi metabolites are a class of natural compound resources which are not yet fully developed;it has become a hot topic that we search for new bioactive compounds from medicinal plant endophytic fungi .Thus, making use of endophytic fungi fermentation to achieve the industrial produc-tions of bioactive substances is not only conducive to rare and endangered medicinal plant resource protection , but also to reduce the destruction of wild medicinal plant diversity .It mainly reviews the researches of the me-tabolites produced by endophytic fungi including anti -tumor, antimicrobial and immunosuppressive activity during the past decade .
