宽QRS波心动过速( Wide QRS complex tachycardia, WCT)是临床急症心电图,可见于室性心动过速( Ventric-ular Tachycardia, VT)和室上性心动过速( Supraventricular Tachycardia, SVT)。对它们的鉴别诊断是临床心电图分析的难点。本文结合文献,对WCT的分析思路和鉴别诊断要点做一简述。

Wide QRS complex tachycardia ( WCT) is a common and emergent clinical arrhythmia. Both Ventricular Tachycardia ( VT) and Supraventricular Tachycardia ( SVT) can present an electrocardiogram of WCT. The differential diagnosis of them is a chal-lenge. This paper is to summarize the analysis approach and key points of differential diagnosis of WCT.
