目的分析平行向心穿刺法在动静脉内瘘手术过程中建立血液净化血管通道中的临床应用,总结其可行性与应用价值。方法选取我院2011年1月到2013年6月收治的120例维持性血液透析患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行动静脉内瘘手术治疗,按照患者透析顺序编号将120例患者分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者采用传统穿刺法建立血液净化血管通路,观察组患者采用平行向心穿刺法建立血管通路,观察比较两组不同穿刺方法对透析速度效率与效果的影响。结果两组患者采用不同的穿刺方法均能够保证充足的透析血液流量,且不同的穿刺方法对患者透析前后尿素、尿酸、肌酐等指标变化的影响无明显差异,无统计学意义。结论与传统的穿刺方法相比,平行向心穿刺法能够保证充足的透析血流量,符合血液透析的操作要求,有助于在保证透析效果的基础上提升透析效率,应用效果较为理想,可以进行推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of parallel centripetal puncture on internal arteriovenous fistula operation, and evaluate the feasibility and application value. Methods 120 cases of hemodialysis received from January 2011 to June 2013 were divided into control group and observation group according to the serial numbers, all of which were treated with arteriovenous fistula op-eration. Control group were treated with traditional puncturing method while observation group were with parallel centripetal puncture. Effect and efficiency of dialysis rate were observed between the two groups. Results Both of the two group were ensured of adequate blood flow. There was no statistical significance between the two groups in terms of urea, uric acid, and creatinine. ConclusionCompared with the traditional method of puncture, parallel centripetal puncture can ensure sufficient blood flow in dialysis, confirming to the operating requirements and helping to improve dialysis efficiency. It should be applied extensively for its ideal clinical effects.
