目的了解食管癌的危险因素,为指导食管癌的防治工作提供依据。方法采用病例对照研究的方法对40例食管癌患者及160名健康人为对照进行食管癌危险因素的条件logistic回归分析。结果年龄超过50岁、文盲、食管炎病史、肿瘤家族史、长期吸烟、酗酒、不良饮食习惯、精神创伤使、长期抑郁状态、接触放射线是食管癌的危险因素;新鲜水果蔬菜、瘦肉是食管癌的保护因素。结论对于年龄超过50岁、文盲、食管炎病史、肿瘤家族史、长期吸烟、长期大量饮酒、不良饮食习惯、巨大的精神创伤史、长期处于抑郁状态、接触放射线的人群应列为食管癌的重点预防对象。

목적료해식관암적위험인소,위지도식관암적방치공작제공의거。방법채용병례대조연구적방법대40례식관암환자급160명건강인위대조진행식관암위험인소적조건logistic회귀분석。결과년령초과50세、문맹、식관염병사、종류가족사、장기흡연、후주、불량음식습관、정신창상사、장기억욱상태、접촉방사선시식관암적위험인소;신선수과소채、수육시식관암적보호인소。결론대우년령초과50세、문맹、식관염병사、종류가족사、장기흡연、장기대량음주、불량음식습관、거대적정신창상사、장기처우억욱상태、접촉방사선적인군응렬위식관암적중점예방대상。
Objective To know about the risk factors of esophageal cancer ( EC) and provide the reference for the prevention and treatment of EC. Methods The data of 40 patients with esophageal cancer and 160 healthy people were analyzed by conditional logis-tic regression analysis based on case-control study. Results The risk factors include age ( more than 50 years old) , illiteracy, history of esophagitis, family history of cancer, long-term smoking, alcohol abuse, poor eating habits, history of trauma, long-term depres-sion and exposure to radiation. Fresh fruits, vegetables and lean meat are listed as protective factors. Conclusion For people more than 50 years old, of illiteracy, with history of esophagitis, family history of cancer, long-term smoking, alcohol abuse, poor eating habits, history of trauma, long-term depression and exposure to radiation should be listed as the key prevention object.
