城市污泥所含水分性质复杂,有间隙水、毛细水、结合水存在形式。污泥经浓缩、脱水后含固率仍很低,不能自持燃烧。而采用低压、水热预处理和离心式脱水机半干化处理后,可以提高污泥热值,降低运输和贮存成本,同时可以减少燃料和其他物料的消耗,是城市污泥干化可行的技术路线。

The existence form contained in urban sludge is complex including interstitial water, capillary water and combined water. Hence, the solid content is still low and cannot be self-sustaining combustion after concentration and dehydration. This article introduces a feasible technology for drying sludge. This technique is using low-pressure, hydrothermal pretreatment and centrifugal dewatering machine semi-dry process to dry sludge, which can improve the calorific value of sludge, reduce the costs of transportation and storage and the consumption of fuel and other materials.
