采用氢氧化钠碱浸出的方法除去转炉烟灰中的砷。通过单因素试验,确定出最佳的砷浸出工艺条件。试验结果显示,液固比为7∶1,氢氧化钠浓度2 mol/L,搅拌浸出2 h,浸出温度80℃,砷浸出率达到95%以上,同时镍的浸出率可小于0.5%,可实现烟灰除砷的目的。
採用氫氧化鈉堿浸齣的方法除去轉爐煙灰中的砷。通過單因素試驗,確定齣最佳的砷浸齣工藝條件。試驗結果顯示,液固比為7∶1,氫氧化鈉濃度2 mol/L,攪拌浸齣2 h,浸齣溫度80℃,砷浸齣率達到95%以上,同時鎳的浸齣率可小于0.5%,可實現煙灰除砷的目的。

In this article, the method of sodium hydroxide leaching was adopted to remove arsenic in converter dust. Through single factor experiment, the best process conditions of arsenic leaching were determined. The results indicated that leaching rate of arsenic was more than 95% and that of nickel was less than 0.5% at the condition of the liquid/solid ratio of 7∶1 and the sodium hydroxid concentration of 2 mol/L at 80℃ for 2 hour.
