研究了从酸性加压浸出液中采用溶剂萃取法提取钼工艺,考察了萃取剂浓度、改质剂浓度、萃取相比、萃取时间等对钼萃取率的影响。试验结果表明,在有机相组成25%N235+5%异辛醇+磺化煤油,O/A=3/1,混合时间3 min的条件下,钼的萃取率可达到98%以上;负载有机相采用20%的氨水反萃,O/A=1/3,在两级逆流萃取的条件下钼反萃率超过98%。
研究瞭從痠性加壓浸齣液中採用溶劑萃取法提取鉬工藝,攷察瞭萃取劑濃度、改質劑濃度、萃取相比、萃取時間等對鉬萃取率的影響。試驗結果錶明,在有機相組成25%N235+5%異辛醇+磺化煤油,O/A=3/1,混閤時間3 min的條件下,鉬的萃取率可達到98%以上;負載有機相採用20%的氨水反萃,O/A=1/3,在兩級逆流萃取的條件下鉬反萃率超過98%。
연구료종산성가압침출액중채용용제췌취법제취목공예,고찰료췌취제농도、개질제농도、췌취상비、췌취시간등대목췌취솔적영향。시험결과표명,재유궤상조성25%N235+5%이신순+광화매유,O/A=3/1,혼합시간3 min적조건하,목적췌취솔가체도98%이상;부재유궤상채용20%적안수반췌,O/A=1/3,재량급역류췌취적조건하목반췌솔초과98%。
The technology of extracting molybodenum from acid pressure leaching solution adopting solvent extraction method was researched. The effects of extractant concentration, modification agent concentration, phase ratio and extraction time on the extraction rate of Mo were investigated. The tests result showed that the extraction ratio of Mo could reach above 98% at the condition of the organic phase containing 20%N235, 5%Isooctanol and Kerosene with O/A of 1/3, and the mixing time of 3 min. When the loaded organic reagent was stripped with 20% ammonia, the stripping ratio of Mo was more than 98% after two-stage stripping with O/A of 3/1.
