目的：探讨腹部脏器出血介入治疗实际应用价值。方法2009年6月至2013年6月45例腹部脏器出血患者，行介入栓塞或血管腔内隔绝术，出血原因为创伤性与非创伤性；出血脏器包括肝脏、肾脏、胰腺、胃十二指肠、小肠、子宫；肝癌破裂自发出血3例，外伤性假性动脉瘤3例，胰腺外伤假性动脉瘤1例，肾脏外伤及医源性假性动脉瘤8例，子宫动脉多原因出血25例，胃肠道出血5例。结果45例均行相应脏器出血动脉及分支栓塞或血管腔内隔绝术，止血成功率100％，未发生脏器功能严重损害等并发症。结论腹部脏器出血介入治疗临床应用安全性高，疗效好，并发症少等诸多优点，并且能为外科手术治疗创造时间机会，是一项具有实际应用价值的方法。
목적：탐토복부장기출혈개입치료실제응용개치。방법2009년6월지2013년6월45례복부장기출혈환자，행개입전새혹혈관강내격절술，출혈원인위창상성여비창상성；출혈장기포괄간장、신장、이선、위십이지장、소장、자궁；간암파렬자발출혈3례，외상성가성동맥류3례，이선외상가성동맥류1례，신장외상급의원성가성동맥류8례，자궁동맥다원인출혈25례，위장도출혈5례。결과45례균행상응장기출혈동맥급분지전새혹혈관강내격절술，지혈성공솔100％，미발생장기공능엄중손해등병발증。결론복부장기출혈개입치료림상응용안전성고，료효호，병발증소등제다우점，병차능위외과수술치료창조시간궤회，시일항구유실제응용개치적방법。
Objective To explore the application value of interventional treatment of abdominal visceral hemorrhage .Methods from 2009 June to 2013 June 45 ca-ses of abdominal visceral hemorrhage,interventional embolization or endovascular graft exclusion,bleeding due to traumatic and non traumatic;bleeding organs including liver,kidney,pancreas,intestine,stomach and duodenum,uterus;rupture of liver cancer from a hemorrhage in 3 cases,3 cases of traumatic pseudoaneurysm,1 cases pan-creatic trauma pseudoaneurysm,8 cases of renal trauma and iatrogenic pseudoaneurysm,25 cases of uterine artery bleeding,5 cases of gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Results 45 cases were performed the corresponding viscera hemorrhage artery embolism or endovascular graft exclusion ,hemostatic success rate was 100%,no severe complica-tions such as organ function damage.Conclusion abdominal organ hemorrhage interventional therapy clinical safety is high ,good curative effect,less complications and many other advantages,and can create opportunities for surgical operation treatment time ,it is a practical method.
