目的：探讨人染色体X连锁凋亡抑制蛋白（ XIAP）基因3′非翻译区（3′UTR） rs9856位点多态性与中国汉族人群急性胰腺炎遗传易感性之间的关系。方法采用病例-对照研究，对320例急性胰腺炎患者和320例性别、年龄、籍贯频数与之相匹配的健康对照组的rs9856位点进行基因分型，并统计分析其基因频率分布与急性胰腺炎易感性的关系。结果发现等位基因比如下：病例组C/T＝1．08，对照组C/T＝1．51；2组C/T卡方检验P＝0．003，差异具有统计学意义。这表明该位点C/T分布在胰腺炎和正常人群中有显著区别；进一步对该位点按照病情严重程度分层分析结果显示，TT型基因与CC型相比对轻症急性胰腺炎的发生具有保护作用〔OR＝0．59，95％CI＝（0．40～0．86），P＝0．006〕。结论人染色体XIAP-3′UTR区域rs9856位点多态性与中国汉族人群急性胰腺炎易感性相关。

Objective To investigate the association between the rs 9856 variant polymorphism of human chromo-some X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein ( XIAP)-3′UTR and the susceptibility to acute pancreatitis in Han Chi-nese.Methods 320 acute pancreatitis patients and 320 healthy subjects were enrolled to identify XIAP -3′UTR rs9856 genotypes and investigate the relationship between the genetic polymorphism and acute pancreatitis susceptibility .Results The allele ratio of C/T was 1.08 in the patient group, and 1.51 in the control group.According to χ2 analysis, P=0.003, indicating a significant difference between the two groups .Based on disease severity analysis , TT genotype had a stronger protective effect on slight pancreatitis patients than CC genotype [(OR=0.59, 95%CI=(0.40-0.86), P=0.006].Conclusion Rs9856 variant polymorphism of XIAP -3′UTR is correlated with the susceptibility to acute pan-creatitis in Han Chinese .
