以配备Bosch第2代高压共轨燃油喷射系统的柴油机为基础,运用 INCA5.4在线标定软件和ES590等,对柴油机进行了预喷射的在线标定。根据优化的喷射策略,开展了预喷射对柴油机整机性能影响的试验研究。结果表明,预喷射在柴油机怠速时可以有效降低发动机噪声,与无预喷射方式相比,有预喷射方式的燃油消耗率略有升高。

Took Bosch second generation high pressure common rail fuel inj ection system of diesel engine as the founda-tion,did experiment on pilot injection by using INCA 5.4 calibration software and ES590 integrated on-line calibration.Ac-cording to the design optimization of the inj ection strategy,carried out the pilot inj ection on experimental study of the influ-ence of the diesel engine performance.The experimental results showed that the pilot inj ection in diesel engine can effectively reduce the engine noise at idle speed.However,comparing with the injection without pilot,fuel consumption showed a slight increase in the case of pilot inj ection.
