目的:观察酶育牛黄( CBCG)淀粉混悬液经灌胃给药后小鼠的急性毒性反应,以评价酶育牛黄的安全性。方法选昆明小鼠20只(♀♂各半),随机分为给药组和对照组。采用小鼠能耐受的最大浓度、最大体积,24 h内灌胃给药3次,给药后连续观察14 d,记录小鼠的行为表现、精神状态、进食量、体重和重要脏器的外观及其组织学变化和死亡情况。结果实验两组小鼠在行为表现、精神状态、进食量、体重和重要脏器方面均无异常,未见明显的毒性反应和死亡情况。结论小鼠灌胃酶育牛黄淀粉混悬液的最大耐受量为≥5 g/kg。

목적:관찰매육우황( CBCG)정분혼현액경관위급약후소서적급성독성반응,이평개매육우황적안전성。방법선곤명소서20지(♀♂각반),수궤분위급약조화대조조。채용소서능내수적최대농도、최대체적,24 h내관위급약3차,급약후련속관찰14 d,기록소서적행위표현、정신상태、진식량、체중화중요장기적외관급기조직학변화화사망정황。결과실험량조소서재행위표현、정신상태、진식량、체중화중요장기방면균무이상,미견명현적독성반응화사망정황。결론소서관위매육우황정분혼현액적최대내수량위≥5 g/kg。
Objective:It is to observe the acute toxicity of calculus bovis cultivated by glucuronidase( CBCG)in mice and to explore the safety of CBCG. Methods:Twenty KM mice were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group(each group = 10,half male and female). The treaded group was perfused at the maximum dose volume and the maximum CBCG concentration,3 times a day via gavage,i. g. . The observations were done to mice’s behavior,mental state,food intake,weight,mortality,the appearance of the vital organs and their histological changes for 14 days. Results:There were no death in treated mice,and the two groups showed no significant difference in the observations mentioned a-bove. Conclusion:The maximum tolerated dose of CBCG for mouse by gastric lavage is ≥5g/kg.
