车用尿素溶液是采用 SCR 后处理系统的重型柴油车所必需添加的催化还原剂,其水解后产生的 NH3能与NOx反应生成N2,从而降低NOx的排放。鉴于保证品质合格的车用尿素溶液的充足供应是重型柴油车国Ⅳ排放标准得以顺利有效实施的关键因素,针对车用尿素的生产流程与减排反应机理、需求与产能、成本与效益以及供应体系进行阐述分析。

Urea solution is an essential catalytic reductant which is used in SCR(Selective Catalyst Reduction)after-treatment system by ChinaⅣheavy-duty diesel vehicles. The hydrolysis product NH3 will react with NOX to produce N2,which achieves the purpose of NOx emission reduction. In the paper,production process and reaction mecha-nism for exhaust reduction,demand and capacity,costs and benefits,as well as the supply system of urea solution were discussed.
