以漆蜡为原料,经甲酯化后以氯磺酸为磺化剂,双氧水为漂白剂制备漆蜡脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐,研究了最佳制备工艺条件,并对漆蜡脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐的性能进行了研究。试验得到漆蜡脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐最佳制备工艺条件为:漆蜡脂肪酸甲酯与氯磺酸摩尔比1:1.2,磺化时间40 min,老化时间45 min;在最佳制备工艺条件下的漆蜡脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐含量最高,为40.1%,二钠盐含量为18.5%;经纯化后,漆蜡脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐含量为78.0%,二钠盐含量为3.2%。漆蜡脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐临界胶束浓度为0.7伊10-3 mol/L,表面张力为39 mN/m;在其水溶液质量分数为0.1%时,分出5 mL水的时间为60 s;漆蜡脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐的发泡能力为65 mm,静置5 min后,泡沫高度降为50 mm。
以漆蠟為原料,經甲酯化後以氯磺痠為磺化劑,雙氧水為漂白劑製備漆蠟脂肪痠甲酯磺痠鹽,研究瞭最佳製備工藝條件,併對漆蠟脂肪痠甲酯磺痠鹽的性能進行瞭研究。試驗得到漆蠟脂肪痠甲酯磺痠鹽最佳製備工藝條件為:漆蠟脂肪痠甲酯與氯磺痠摩爾比1:1.2,磺化時間40 min,老化時間45 min;在最佳製備工藝條件下的漆蠟脂肪痠甲酯磺痠鹽含量最高,為40.1%,二鈉鹽含量為18.5%;經純化後,漆蠟脂肪痠甲酯磺痠鹽含量為78.0%,二鈉鹽含量為3.2%。漆蠟脂肪痠甲酯磺痠鹽臨界膠束濃度為0.7伊10-3 mol/L,錶麵張力為39 mN/m;在其水溶液質量分數為0.1%時,分齣5 mL水的時間為60 s;漆蠟脂肪痠甲酯磺痠鹽的髮泡能力為65 mm,靜置5 min後,泡沫高度降為50 mm。

Fatty acid methyl ester was prepared by esterification of lacquer wax and methanol, then the fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate ( MES) was prepared by lacquer wax fatty acid methyl ester and chloro-sulfonic acid with hydrogen peroxide as bleaching agent, and the optimal preparation conditions and prop-erties of lacquer wax-based MES were researched. The optimal preparation conditions of lacquer wax-based MES were obtained as follows:molar ratio of lacquer wax fatty acid methyl ester to chlorosulfonic acid 1:1. 2, sulfonation time 40 min and aging time 45 min. Under these conditions,the contents of the lacquer wax-based MES and disodium salt were the highest, reaching 40. 1% and 18. 5% respectively, and their contents were 78. 0% and 3. 2% respectively after purification. The critical micelle concentra-tion of the lacquer wax-based MES was 0. 7í10 -3 mol/L,and the surface tension reached 39 mN/m. When the mass fraction of lacquer wax - based MES solution was 0 . 1 % , it could separate 5 mL water in 60 s . The foaming capacity of the lacquer wax - based MES was 6 5 mm , and the foam height was down to 50 mm after standing for 5 min.
