以杨梅核仁为研究对象,采用水酶法提取杨梅核仁油。通过单因素试验考察了酶种类、酶添加量、酶解时间以及料液比对杨梅核仁油提取率的影响,并通过正交试验优化确定最佳提取条件为:料液比1:6,酸性蛋白酶添加量1.0%,酶解时间3 h。在最佳条件下,杨梅核仁油的提取率可以达到19.0%。
以楊梅覈仁為研究對象,採用水酶法提取楊梅覈仁油。通過單因素試驗攷察瞭酶種類、酶添加量、酶解時間以及料液比對楊梅覈仁油提取率的影響,併通過正交試驗優化確定最佳提取條件為:料液比1:6,痠性蛋白酶添加量1.0%,酶解時間3 h。在最佳條件下,楊梅覈仁油的提取率可以達到19.0%。

Kernel oil was extracted from Myrica rubra marc by aqueous enzymatic method. The influences of enzyme type, enzyme dosage, enzymolysis time and ratio of material to liquid on the extraction rate of Myrica rubra marc kernel oil were investigated by single factor experiment, and the extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows:ratio of material to liquid 1:6, acidic protease dosage 1.0%, enzymolysis time 3 h. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of Myrica rubra marc kernel oil reached 19.0%.
