目的：探讨女性下尿路症状的尿动力学特点和临床意义。方法340例主诉为下尿路症状女性患者，采用尿动力学检查方法，常规测定尿流率、压力-容积测定、压力一流率测定、逼尿肌漏尿点测压等。结果 A/G 图显示梗阻者73例，尿动力学检查正常188例，逼尿肌不稳定收缩31例，膀胱逼尿肌无收缩4例，逼尿肌功能减退14例，28例尿失禁患者中，压力性尿失禁9例，急迫性尿失禁16例，充盈性尿失禁2例，混合性尿失禁1例。结论尿动力学检查对女性下尿路症状的诊断中具有重要意义。
목적：탐토녀성하뇨로증상적뇨동역학특점화림상의의。방법340례주소위하뇨로증상녀성환자，채용뇨동역학검사방법，상규측정뇨류솔、압력-용적측정、압력일류솔측정、핍뇨기루뇨점측압등。결과 A/G 도현시경조자73례，뇨동역학검사정상188례，핍뇨기불은정수축31례，방광핍뇨기무수축4례，핍뇨기공능감퇴14례，28례뇨실금환자중，압력성뇨실금9례，급박성뇨실금16례，충영성뇨실금2례，혼합성뇨실금1례。결론뇨동역학검사대녀성하뇨로증상적진단중구유중요의의。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of urodynamics and characteristics of female lower urinary tract symptoms.Methods 340 patients with lower urinary tract symptoms in female patients,the urodynamic examination method,the routine determination of urinary flow rate,pressure-volume determination,pressure flow study,detrusor leak point pressure measurement.Results A/G shows 73 cases of obstruction,urodynamics examination was normal in 188 cases,31 cases of detrusor instability in bladder detrusor contraction,no contraction of detrusor dysfunction in 4 cases,14 cases,28 cases of patients with urinary incontinence,9 cases of stress urinary incontinence,16 cases of urinary incontinence,plentiful sex urinary incontinence in 2 cases,1 cases of mixed urinary incontinence. Conclusion It has an important significance of urodynamic examination in diagnosis of female lower urinary tract symptoms.
