多孔材料的孔径是一个非常重要的特征指标,用孔径测量仪测试多层复合多孔材料时,会遇到哪面朝上测试结果更准确的问题。利用泡点法的原理对多层复合多孔材料进行测试,讨论正反面测试对结果的影响。结果表明:多层复合多孔材料的孔径大小和分布的正反面测试结果与样品层数、生产工艺等无关,仅与正反面结构是否相同有关。提出在实际测试中应将多层复合多孔材料在实际应用中的作用面朝上测试的新观点。

Pore size of porous material is a very important index .In practice , the accuracy of measurement could be simply affected by the reverse of sample side .In this paper , the pore size of multi-layered porous composite materials was measured by bubble point method and the effects of the obverse and the reverse side of the sample on the testing results were compared .The results indicated that the structures of the obverse or reverse side could affect the mesasurement , while other parameters like number of layer or production process held no effect .Besides, a new view was presented that during measurement , the multi-layered composite porous material should be tested from the side in actual application .
