目的：探讨血清胱抑素C在评价肝硬化患者继发肾功能损害中的应用价值。方法：选择2012年01月-2013年12月我院收治的肝硬化患者68例（观察组）和同期来我院作健康体检者50例（对照组），检测两组血清胱抑素C（Cysc）、血清尿素（Urea）及血清酐（Cr）水平，并将两组结果坐对比分析。结果：观察组CysC、Urea水平均高于对照组，两组比较有显著性差异（P＜O．05）；观察组CysC阳性率明显高于Urea 及Ser阳性率，组间比较有显著性差异（P＜O．05）。结论：肝硬化患者早期肾损害时血清CysC 已有变化，检测CysC可以有效评价肝硬化患者肾功能损害情况。

목적：탐토혈청광억소C재평개간경화환자계발신공능손해중적응용개치。방법：선택2012년01월-2013년12월아원수치적간경화환자68례（관찰조）화동기래아원작건강체검자50례（대조조），검측량조혈청광억소C（Cysc）、혈청뇨소（Urea）급혈청항（Cr）수평，병장량조결과좌대비분석。결과：관찰조CysC、Urea수평균고우대조조，량조비교유현저성차이（P＜O．05）；관찰조CysC양성솔명현고우Urea 급Ser양성솔，조간비교유현저성차이（P＜O．05）。결론：간경화환자조기신손해시혈청CysC 이유변화，검측CysC가이유효평개간경화환자신공능손해정황。
Objective:To investigate the value of serum cystatin C in the evaluation of patients with cirrhosis secondary to renal lesion.Methods:January 2012 December 2013 in our hospital 68 patients with cirrhosis (study group)and to our hospital for the same period in healthy subjects 50 cases (control group)were detected in serum cystatin C (Cysc),serum urea (Ure-a)and serum anhydride (Cr)levels and sit comparative analysis oftwo sets ofresults.Results:The CysC,Urea levels were higher,there was a significant diference (P <O.05)groups;CysC observation group was significantly higher than Urea and Ser-positive rate,there are significant diferences between the two groups (P <O.05).Conclusion:Patients with liver cirrhosis early renal damage has been a change in serum CysC detection CysC can ef ectively evaluate kidney function in patients with cirrhosis of the damage.
