针对履带端联器采用纳米复合粉末渗锌工艺后,其局部表面淬火区硬度降低的问题,研究了纳米复合粉末渗锌与局部表面淬火区的硬度关系,优化了工艺方案,渗锌后使局部硬度由41~42.5 HRC,提高到了≥45 HRC,使履带端联器的耐腐蚀性与耐磨性满足使用要求。
針對履帶耑聯器採用納米複閤粉末滲鋅工藝後,其跼部錶麵淬火區硬度降低的問題,研究瞭納米複閤粉末滲鋅與跼部錶麵淬火區的硬度關繫,優化瞭工藝方案,滲鋅後使跼部硬度由41~42.5 HRC,提高到瞭≥45 HRC,使履帶耑聯器的耐腐蝕性與耐磨性滿足使用要求。

Aimed at the problem of hardness reduction of pedrail connector in partial surface quenching area after Zincic nano-powder infiltration treatment,the relationship of Zincic nano-powder infiltration with partial surface quenching area was researched.The technics are optimized by investigation in this aspect,making the pedrail connector’s hardness en-hanced from 41~42.5 HRC to raise to 45 HRC,which meet the demands of corrosivity and wear resistance for the pedrail connectors.
