水基动力无杆抽油系统(下述简称系统)是一个全新的系统。由于要确保液压动力缸(简称动力缸)走完全程,因而在其上行程结束时会出现憋压现象,会导致动力缸失效;因此,针对系统的动力缸,基于流-固耦合理论,运用有限元分析方法进行了系统憋压分析。结果表明,憋压时产生的压力冲击会使应力发生突变,可增大10倍,极易损坏动力缸。通过研究,得到了压力曲线与应力数据,这有利于系统的故障分析,并为系统进一步优化设计提供了数据支持。
水基動力無桿抽油繫統(下述簡稱繫統)是一箇全新的繫統。由于要確保液壓動力缸(簡稱動力缸)走完全程,因而在其上行程結束時會齣現憋壓現象,會導緻動力缸失效;因此,針對繫統的動力缸,基于流-固耦閤理論,運用有限元分析方法進行瞭繫統憋壓分析。結果錶明,憋壓時產生的壓力遲擊會使應力髮生突變,可增大10倍,極易損壞動力缸。通過研究,得到瞭壓力麯線與應力數據,這有利于繫統的故障分析,併為繫統進一步優化設計提供瞭數據支持。

The new water power based rod-less pumping system is a brand new system.To make the power cylinder travel the entire stroke,it is inevitable that at the end of upstroke phenomenon would occur.The pressure-out could lead power cylinder failure.For this purpose,it took the power cylinder of pumping system as example.Based on the fluid-structure interaction theory,the current research was carried out by using FEM.During the process,the pressure-out anal-ysis of this system was continued.The results showed that the pressure impact would make the maximum stresses increase 10 times in a short time when in pressure-out,and it can easily damage the power cylinder.This research obtained the pres-sure curves and maximum stresses data,and the results are useful for the system failure diagnosis;it can also provide the data fundamentals to further optimal design of the system.
