进行车载机柜隔振缓冲模拟仿真时,一般先通过计算机建立其有限元模型,然后对其隔振缓冲系统进行仿真,以期为其优化设计提供理论依据。本文运用Pro/E软件对车载机柜进行了三维实体建模,并将模型导入到 ADAMAS/View 软件中进行了仿真;同时,计算出了选用减振器的隔振和隔冲击情况,并提出了改进措施。
進行車載機櫃隔振緩遲模擬倣真時,一般先通過計算機建立其有限元模型,然後對其隔振緩遲繫統進行倣真,以期為其優化設計提供理論依據。本文運用Pro/E軟件對車載機櫃進行瞭三維實體建模,併將模型導入到 ADAMAS/View 軟件中進行瞭倣真;同時,計算齣瞭選用減振器的隔振和隔遲擊情況,併提齣瞭改進措施。

When doing simulation of on-board equipment cabinet on vibration isolation and shock isolation,firstly equip-ment cabinet finite element model should be build through the computer,and then shock isolation buffing system was simu-lated to provide theory basis for equipment cabinet design optimization.This paper built three-dimensional entity parametric model for vehide-mounted cabinet with Pro/E software,and the model was imported into ADAMAS/View for simulation, at the same times,it calculated the vibration-isolating and shock-isolating situation of the shock absorber and provided im-provement measure.
