对基于精益生产思想的标准化管理(下述简称精益标准化)展开论述，通过对精益生产、精益管理和标准化管理概念进行分析，创新性地提出精益标准化理念，即在推行精益生产的过程中实施标准化管理，通过对工作进行不断的总结，把每一项工作流程化、标准化和具体化，并将各项工作细节进行量化，以提高各部门之间的协作效率和每个员工的工作效率，进而实现人与物的完美结合。本文重点阐述了精益标准化的典型应用与作用发挥，对企业不断完善规范化和标准化制度体系起到了推动作用；同时，为企业各项管理活动提供了一种全新的管理方法和工作范本。

The paper was commenced the standardization management research based on the idea of lean production, through lean production,standardized management,lean standardized concept for analysis.Creatively put forward the standardized management concepts based on the idea of lean production.That is,implementation of standardized manage-ment in the process of implementing lean production,through constantly summarize and optimize the practice work to each of the work flow,standardization,concrete,and quantifying the details of the work,in order to improve the efficiency of coop-eration between various departments,and the work efficiency of each employee,thus achieved the perfect combination of people and things.Lean focuses on the role of standardization to play for the enterprise management activities and provides an innovative management methods and templates,but also has played a role in continuous optimization and improvement for corporate standardization system construction.
