根据步进送料机的设计要求,利用 SolidWorks 软件建立送料机的三维模型,用以验证设计方案的正确性,本方案采用双直线四杆机构实现步进送料动作。在后续设计中还会用到 ADAMS软件对模型进行力学仿真分析,因为ADAMS软件的建模功能不如SolidWorks软件强大,故可先用SolidWorks软件建立三维模型,再导入 ADAMS 软件中进行仿真分析。SolidWorks 软件的应用大大缩短了设计周期,节约了设计成本,在现代设计中占有举足轻重的地位。

According to the design requirement of step feeding machine,SolidWorks was used to set up a three-dimen-sional model of feeder with the aim of proving the validity of the design scheme.And in this scheme,the four pole double straight line mechanism was utilized to achieve the feeding.Because the soft ADAMS is not as good as SolidWorks in the modeling way,and it will be still used in the dynamic simulation analysis and in the subsequent design,the three-dimension-al model can be imported into ADAMS to analyze after modeling in SolidWorks.Using SolidWorks can greatly shorten the design cycle and save the design cost,which plays a decisive role in modern design.
