贵金属热电偶是工业生产过程中的高温测量仪表，长期测量温度最高可达1600℃。其外保护管多用高铝瓷管或刚玉管，该类保护管可确保贵金属丝材---铂铑丝不受高温环境下介质的污染，但其抗振性和抗压性差。本文针对刚玉管出现细微裂纹的问题，采用了3种不同的装配方案分别进行试验，最终确定了可行的装配工艺，提高了贵金属热电偶产品的供货质量。

The precious metals thermocouple is a kind of high temperature measure instrument in producing process,the highest temperature can reach to 1 600 ℃ and stay for a long time,its protective tube normally includes alumina ceramic or alundum tube.This type of tube can ensure the precious metals are not polluted by the process medium of the high tempera-ture environment,but its quake-proof capability and the resisting pressure capability are bad.The paper expounded three kinds of process plans of solving alundum tube tiny flaw,and finally,ensured the improvement of the process plan and raised the quality of supply.
