在界定鲜销农产品及其物流的基础上，分析海南省鲜销农产品物流发展的特点。运用SWOT分析方法，指出海南省鲜销农产品物流发展存在的优势和劣势，面临的机会与威胁，并提出促进海南省鲜销农产品物流发展相应的策略建议。

The fresh-sold agricultural products logistics development in Hainan directly affect the development of tropical and efficient agriculture in Hainan, and affect the whole people"food basket, fruit plate" as well. Based on defining fresh-sold agricultural products and its logistics, the article analyzed the characteristics of fresh-sold agricultural products logistics development in Hainan. With SWOT analysis, this article pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of fresh-sold agricultural products' development in Hainan, as well as opportunities and threats. Then the article also gives four advices to promote the development of fresh-sold agricultural products.
