种子萌发是植物生长发育的起点,与光、温度、空气等外界环境条件和自身激素水平等因素密切相关。油棕是世界上产油效率最高的作物,在马来西亚、印度尼西亚等国家已形成产业化规模种植,但在我国目前尚未形成规模化的种植,其中催芽技术体系的不完善是重要限制因素之一。油棕属顽拗性种子,核壳坚硬,吸水性和透气性能较差,不易萌发。本文对油棕种子传统催芽方法、促进油棕种子萌发的技术措施及在此基础上改良方法的研究进展进行综述,并对未来的研究方向提出建议。

Seed germination is the beginning of plant growth and development, it has the close relationship with light, temperature, air and other external environment conditions and their own hormone levels, etc. Oil palm is the highest efficiency oil-producing crop in the world. In Malaysia, Indonesia and other countries have formed industrial scale cultivation, however, a large-scale cultivation has not established in China, imperfect pregermination technology system is one of important limiting factors. Oil palm seed belongs to recalcitrant seed, has hard shell, poor absorption and permeability, which is difficult to germinate. This paper reviews the traditional method of progress germination, technical measures to promote oil palm seed germination and the improved methods of oil palm seed and gives suggestions for future research.
