为了考察新型多孔金属填料的性能,对泡沫铝填料进行流体力学和传质实验研究,获得了该填料的填料压降、泛点气速、持液量等流体力学性能数据及填料层压降和液泛气速的关联式,传质实验结果显示:泡沫铝规整填料的理论板数可以达到10块以上,说明泡沫铝填料是一种新型高效规整填料。
為瞭攷察新型多孔金屬填料的性能,對泡沫鋁填料進行流體力學和傳質實驗研究,穫得瞭該填料的填料壓降、汎點氣速、持液量等流體力學性能數據及填料層壓降和液汎氣速的關聯式,傳質實驗結果顯示:泡沫鋁規整填料的理論闆數可以達到10塊以上,說明泡沫鋁填料是一種新型高效規整填料。

To investigate the performances of porous metal structured packing,the experiments were conducted to determine the hydrodynamics and mass transfer efficiency of aluminum foam structured packing.The hydrodynamic data including pressure drop,flooding velocity and liquid hold-up were obtained,as well as the correlations describing the pressure drop and flooding velocity.The mass transfer experimental results show that the HETP of aluminum foam structured packing can reach more than 10 pieces,which indicates that the aluminum foam packing is a new high-efficiency structured packing.
