在CTAB法的基础上,建立适于银杏叶片DNA微量快速提取的新方法。经紫外分光光度和琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测,该方法提取的DNA在质量和产量上都可满足后续扩增反应的要求。与常规CTAB方法相比,该方法操作简单、速度快、时间短。

A method of rapid DNA extraction from gingko was established based on CTAB procedure. Utraviolet spectrophotometer and agarose gel electrophoresis methods were used to test the DNA quality. The DNA extracted with this method can meet the requirement for the follow-up amplified reaction both in terms of quality and quantity. Compared with CTAB procedure, this method is simpler, faster and more costs-saving.
