赵山渡水力发电厂原3号机组调速器存在操作功不足、导叶开度传感器零漂等许多问题，严重影响机组安全运行。此次改造更换了调速器全部设备，在调速器安装与调试过程中，处理了有关技术问题，改造取得了圆满成功。本文对此加以介绍。
趙山渡水力髮電廠原3號機組調速器存在操作功不足、導葉開度傳感器零漂等許多問題，嚴重影響機組安全運行。此次改造更換瞭調速器全部設備，在調速器安裝與調試過程中，處理瞭有關技術問題，改造取得瞭圓滿成功。本文對此加以介紹。
조산도수력발전엄원3호궤조조속기존재조작공불족、도협개도전감기령표등허다문제，엄중영향궤조안전운행。차차개조경환료조속기전부설비，재조속기안장여조시과정중，처리료유관기술문제，개조취득료원만성공。본문대차가이개소。
Original No.3 unit speed controller in Zhaoshandu Hydropower Station has many disadvantages of insufficient operation power,null drift of vane openness sensor,etc.,which seriously affect safe operation of the unit.All equipment of speed controller is replaced in the renovation. Related technical problems are handled during the installation and commissioning of the speed controller,and the renovation is successful.Concrete condition is introduced in the paper.
