文章探讨餐厨废弃物与牛粪混合厌氧发酵产氢时,底物浓度对发酵系统产氢率的影响,以餐厨废弃物与牛粪1??1(TS/TS)混合作为厌氧发酵底物,在温度为(35±1)℃条件下,进行批式厌氧发酵产氢试验。考查底物浓度对餐厨废弃物与牛粪混合产氢发酵时挥发性固体产氢率、pH、液相末端产物等影响。结果表明,当底物浓度为80 g·L-1时,挥发性固体产氢率达到最大值为31.05 mL·g-1,累积产氢量为672 mL,此时挥发性固体去除率最大为29.34%。厌氧发酵体系pH在5.48~5.81范围内,乙酸和丁酸为主要的液相末端产物,可用作后续产甲烷厌氧发酵底物。

In order to improve the ability of anaerobic hydrogen co-digestion, a batch experiments with food waste and cattle manure mixed according to the 1??1 (basis??dry matter) as the substrance of anaerobic digestion was conducted under (35 ± 1) ℃ for hydrogen production. The effect of substrance concentration on the specific hydrogen production rate, pH, and liquid products was investigated. As a result, the maximums of hydrogen yield, the volumetric hydrogen yield and the VS degradation rate (31.05 mL·g-1, 672 mL·L-1 and 29.34%, respectively) were obtained at the substrates concentration of 80 g·L-1. The pH was maintained in the range of 5.48-5.81, acetic and butyric acids which can be as the substance of methane fermentation were the main liquid products.
