为探明除虫脲( DFB)在桑天牛( Apriona germari)血淋巴中的存在形式,用喷施了DFB的构树( Brous-sonetia papyrifera)枝条喂养桑天牛雌虫,采用高效液相色谱法检测其血淋巴中各组分DFB的质量浓度。结果表明:三氯乙酸处理的解冻血淋巴的上清液、蛋白质和血凝块中均检出DFB;加入PBS解冻的血淋巴经硫酸铵处理后,蛋白质组分中DFB检出量约为上清液中的3倍;加入1%柠檬酸钠的冷冻血淋巴和新鲜血淋巴经硫酸铵处理后,蛋白质组分中DFB检测量分别为171.41、109.47μg/L,两者上清液中均未检出DFB。由此分析得出,DFB在桑天牛雌虫血淋巴中可能主要以与蛋白质结合形式存在。

In order to prove of diflubenzuron ’ s ( DFB’ S) existing form in haemolymph of Apriona germari, we fed females with twigs of Broussonetia papyrifera sprayed by diflubenzuron to determine diflubenzuron in different haemolymph components by High Performance Liquid Chromatography ( HPLC) .DFB were detected from the supernatant , protein and haemolymph clots after the thawed haemolymph was treated by trichloroacetic acid.DFB residue in the protein is approximately three times as that in the supernatant after the thawed haemolymph are treated by PBS and ammonium sulfate.Diluted by 1 %sodium citrate, thawed haemolymph and fresh haemolymph were treated by ammonium sulfate.DFB residues in the protein of the thawed haemolymph and the fresh haemolymph are 171.41μg/L and 109.47μg/L, but there is no DFB in the non-protein component of two kinds of haemolymph .DFB mainly exists in the form of protein binding in the female haemolymph of Apriona germari.
