应用微生物学和森林防火学的原理、技术和方法,选用深绿木霉和比来青霉配制成的112532降解剂的50倍液、100倍液、400倍液分别进行室外喷洒,并以同剂量的无机盐溶液、水及441菌剂为对照,通过对大兴安岭地区三种主要林型(落叶松-白桦混交林、白桦林、落叶松林)的森林可燃物降解剂的喷洒,对其木质素的分解动态及效果进行评价。结果显示:与未喷洒区相比,100倍液的112532菌剂,在降解的30 d内,能使落叶松-白桦混交林木质素降解速率提高7.08倍,使白桦林木质素降解速率提高9.9倍,使落叶松林木质素降解速率提高7倍,降解效果显著,说明112532降解剂可有效提高森林地被可燃物降解率。

We set up the method of microbe-fireproofing for Daxing’an Mountain, by microbiology and forest fire science, with 112532 degradation liquid with three doses (50, 100 and 400 times).Compared with other correspond strains, we got the strains with best effect of degradation for the field experiment , and set several plots for spray experiment with different types of strains liquid.In three major forest types ( Larix gmelini-Betula platyphylla, Betula platyphylla, Larix gmelini) of Dax-ing’an Mountains forest fuel degradation liquid spraying, we evaluated lignin element decomposition dynamics and effects. 100 times doses of degradation liquid of 112532 can increase the speed of degradation of lignin in Larix gmelini-Betula platyphylla is 7.08 times faster than natural process with 30 days and 9.9 times in Betula platyphylla, 7 times in Larix gmelini.Degradation effect is significant.112532 degrading microorganisms can improve the degradation rate of forest fuel effectively.
