软件开发过程中每项实践活动都可能导致风险,同时随着软件能力成熟度模型集成(capability maturity model integration,CMMI)的广泛实施,已经有越来越多的企业逐渐积累了企业的最佳实践。在软件生产过程中,偏离最佳实践而产生的风险称为软件过程风险,在此基础上根据CMMI框架建立了基于过程域的软件过程风险评估指标体系,并采用模糊综合评估方法对每个过程域的风险进行了综合评估,从而实现对软件过程风险的监控,提高软件质量。最后进行实例验证,并给出了该方法的裁剪过程,从而使得该方法能满足各种软件过程风险建模的需求。
軟件開髮過程中每項實踐活動都可能導緻風險,同時隨著軟件能力成熟度模型集成(capability maturity model integration,CMMI)的廣汎實施,已經有越來越多的企業逐漸積纍瞭企業的最佳實踐。在軟件生產過程中,偏離最佳實踐而產生的風險稱為軟件過程風險,在此基礎上根據CMMI框架建立瞭基于過程域的軟件過程風險評估指標體繫,併採用模糊綜閤評估方法對每箇過程域的風險進行瞭綜閤評估,從而實現對軟件過程風險的鑑控,提高軟件質量。最後進行實例驗證,併給齣瞭該方法的裁剪過程,從而使得該方法能滿足各種軟件過程風險建模的需求。

Each practice may lead to the risk in the software development process. At the same time, more and more enterprises have got the best practices with the wide implementation of the software capability maturity model inte-gration (CMMI). The deviation between the real software development process and the best practices is defined as software process risk. Firstly, this paper builds software process risk assessment indexes based on CMMI process areas. Secondly, this paper assesses each process area risk with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Since the software process risks are monitored and controlled, the software quality is improved. Finally, this paper gives a sample to verify the method. The method with cutting process will meet a variety of software process risk modeling requirements.
