目的：探讨中医体质学在乳腺病的发生、发展及防治中的作用，为乳腺病和中医体质学的发展提供新的思路。方法通过查阅文献，总结分析中医体质学在乳腺病中的运用现状，提出今后的研究方向。结果乳腺病患者的中医体质分布有一定的规律性；体质与证候之间是紧系联系的；乳腺病的防治应当结合辨体论治。结论运用体质学方法防治乳腺病具有重要的意义。
목적：탐토중의체질학재유선병적발생、발전급방치중적작용，위유선병화중의체질학적발전제공신적사로。방법통과사열문헌，총결분석중의체질학재유선병중적운용현상，제출금후적연구방향。결과유선병환자적중의체질분포유일정적규률성；체질여증후지간시긴계련계적；유선병적방치응당결합변체론치。결론운용체질학방법방치유선병구유중요적의의。
Objective Explore the role of constitution theory in the occurrence,development,prevention and treatment of breast disease,and provide new thinking for the development of breast disease and constitution theory.Methods The article summarized progress of TCM constitution theo-ry research in breast disease through literature review and proposed study direction.Results Certain regularity consisted in distribution of the physical type in patients with breast disease.Constitution was closely related to syndrome.The prevention and treatment of breast disease should be combined with the indentified bodies.Conclusion The use of constitution theory approach to prevent and treat breast disease has an important meaning.
