在对云南尖山河小流域进行土地利用现状调查的基础上，应用回归系数法，对该地的农业用地和林地展开土地评价后得到：该地土地分为四个等级，一级地573.3 hm2，二级地203 hm2，三级地336.7 hm2，四级地748.25 hm2。对于三，四级土地是造成水土流失的主要原因，必须对该类土地实施小流域综合治理。
