建立农产品追溯体系是提高农产品质量与安全的必然趋势。为此,针对农产品溯源体系要求,采用 ISO 18000-6C标准,设计了农产品超高频RFID阅读器系统。试验结果表明:阅读器识读距离小于1.0m,能够正确识读RFID标签数据;识读距离为0.8m,读取成功率为100%;识读距离为0.8~1.0m,读取成功率为95%以上;有障碍物(纸盒、木板、水、墙等)阻挡的环境下,识读距离为0.6m,读取成功率可达95%以上;能够识别距离为0.6m,速度小于10m/s 的移动物体。该系统解决了农产品生产、物流及销售各环节中的农产品的示踪与信息记录问题。

To establish the agricultural products traceability system to improve the quality and safety of agricultural prod -ucts is an inevitable trend .Therefore , according to the agricultural products traceability system ’ s requirements , the UHF RFID reader system of agricultural product based on ISO 18000-6 C standard was designed .The test results show that the reader can accurately read data inside the RFID tags while the reading distance less than 1.0m.The successful reading rate of tags is 100%when the reading distance within 0.8m.While the reading distance is from 0.8m to 1.0m, the suc-cessful reading rate of tags is greater than 95%.In the environment with obstacles (cartons, wood, water, wall etc.), the reading distance is 0 .6 m and the successful reading rate of tags is greater than 95%.The reader can also recognize moving tags which speed less than 10m/s and reading distance is 0.6m.The system solves the tracing and recording in-formation of agricultural production in products , logistics and sales .
