设计了一种基于 GPRS和CC-Link 现场总线的温室环境远程监控系统,利用 GPRS 和 CC-Link 现场总线实现主控制器与远程监控中心、现场设备之间的通讯链接。采用无线通信模块对温室的环境因子(温度、湿度、CO2、风速以及光照度等参数)进行采集和远程控制,通过人机界面或上位机对温室内的相关参数进行设定,并将设定值与实时数值进行比较运算,其结果用于控制远程设备站的执行器,以实现温室内的空气流动,使得各个参量均衡调节。试验表明,该方案适合远距离温室环境的监控,系统结构简单、可靠性高、维护方便。

A design scheme of the remote control system based on CC-Link network system and GPRS for greenhouse is presented in the paper .The GPRS and the CC-Link field bus were used to achieve the communication between the remote monitoring center and field main controller , and the communication between the field controller and the controllers .The greenhouse environment factor such as temperature ,humidity,wind speed, CO2 parameters were remote controlled.The reasonable parameters were set by HMI or the remote control computer .The setting value is compared with the real value . The operation results are used to control actuator remote device .The air convection in greenhouse is realized , the regula-tion of various parameters is balanced .GPRS wireless network was utilized to carry on data transmission .The result showed that this system is suitable for remote monitoring of greenhouse environment , the system has the advantages of simple structure , high reliability , convenient maintenance .
